Buddy sessions are a personal training session that you do with a husband, wife or best friend. Its a step up from a group exercise class and is structured and geared to both the individuals needs and goals.

• Accountability – friends will always make sure you know when you miss a session!

• Outdoor sessions (Summer months only) – get away from the same old gym scene.
• Buddy sessions provide a chance to spend time with those that you normally wouldnt get chance to / social environment.
